Where the item would be shipped from?
Most goods would be shipped from China, some goods will be shipped from our US warehouse.
How long can I get my purchase item?
Generally speaking, order will be shipped out within 24 hours, transit record can be checked within 3 days after order palced. It need 3-5 working days to receive package for Expediated shipping service, but need 15-45 days for Standard shipping service.
Do I need to send products all the way to China?
Yes,all the return products need to ship back to China warehouse.
The products are fine, but I changed my mind
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
